Shipping
We ship all orders with PostNord — fast, reliable, and straight to your door (or locker).
You can choose between Service Point (Ombud), Parcel Locker (Paketskåp), or Home Delivery (Varubrev) depending on your order size and location.
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 2–5 business days depending on where you live.
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking link by email or in the Postnord app.
We’re not responsible for delays, damages, or lost packages caused by the shipping carrier — but if something goes wrong, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to help you solve it.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to love what you ordered — but if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
If your product arrives defective or damaged, contact us through the contact form with your order number and a short description of the issue.
We’ll review your case and either send a replacement or offer a refund depending on the situation.
If you simply changed your mind, we generally don’t require returns. In most cases, we’ll process a refund without you having to send the item back, as long as it’s within a reasonable timeframe from your purchase and depending on the case.
Please note:
- Refunds may be partial or denied if the product shows signs of heavy use.
- We can’t offer refunds for shipping costs once your order has been sent.
- We do not cover damages or losses caused by PostNord or other carriers.
