All prices are listed in SEK (Swedish Krona) and include VAT.

We accept all major payment methods, including credit/debit cards, Shopify Payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna.

Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an order confirmation via email.

We reserve the right to cancel or adjust orders if pricing errors or stock issues occur (we’re only human).

We ship through PostNord.

Delivery times vary depending on your location — typically 2–5 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or the Postnord app.

We’re not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by the shipping carrier, but we’ll do our best to help if something goes wrong.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us at gustaf.ollas@skipstone.se and we’ll fix it.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

In most cases, we don’t require returns — we believe in simplicity and trust.

Memberships are one-time payments unless stated otherwise.

We do our best to describe our products accurately, but colors and details may vary slightly due to screen settings or product updates.
